PostSecert is an action started up by a man called Frank Warren I believe.Then I thought to myself.. This video does bring up alot of things that we keep secret. I especially liked this pharse:

“There are two kinds of secrets. Secrets we hide from people and secrets we hide from ourselves”.

We all have secrets. We can’t deny them. Don’t lie to yourself now.. There are things that we want to hide from people. There are things that we do not want to admit to ourselves. And as the video shows, we should explore the possibility of sharing them with someone. Sharing your concerns and your fears with people will help to release the burden. Heck, it could even release it completely. Think about it.. Think what these people did.. To write down their secrets.. To jot down their fears and mail it to someone.. To talk about it to the world.. Can we do that?? Are we brave enough for that??
